Qigong flow practice every full moon, on the beach, Hollywood (North beach), FL
We meet right on the beach at the level of Freedom Street which is a Street North of Sheridan Street. This is a donation based class. Let's move some Qi together with the Qigong Flow practice! The session ends with a short sound healing and then we share a homemade Chai tea watching the full moon rising.
Just wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel or a blanket to lie down for the final relaxation.

Mondays: 8:30am EST - 20 min class to start the day off right
Wednesdays: 7:30pm. EST - A 30 min practice to unwind. Every first Wednesday of the month the practice is followed by a short sound bath to get ready for a good night sleep
Thursdays: 8:00am. EST - A 30 min practice
Each class is livestream and recorded, so you can watch at a later time at your convenience (recording available for 2 weeks)
Monthly subscription: $37 only . It comes to less than $3.00/class.

Cacao Ceremony & Sound Journey at Yoga 1 Studio, in Hollywood, FL
Saturday, August 23rd, 3:00- 5:30pm
A cacao ceremony during which participants will connect to the 5 elements as we open the directions. The ceremony is followed by a short Qigong practice to open our heart, connect to the Earth and Heaven forces, and release stagnant energy, getting us ready to receive the vibrations from the sound healing .
Participants are then guided into a shamanic journey or sound journey with the drum, gong, crystal and Tibetan bowls, crystal pyramid, chimes, flute and other sound healing instruments.

Hi, I'm Sophie
Your Qigong Flow instructor and sound journey facilitator.
Over the past 15 years I have been experiencing, practicing and studying a palette of Eastern ancient practices, and medicine, as well as modern holistic Western healing modalities. I have been amazed that on an energetic level what can appear a soft and subtle therapy or practice is actually the most powerful one as we are dealing here with the core of our being, our mind and causes of emotions.
The Qigong flow I am offering is a combination of martial art Qigong, medical Qigong and spiritual Qigong. It is for all ages and all levels. you do not need specific skills or levels of fitness.
Each class is unique as we work with the seasons, organs, emotions, etc.
I am also offering private individual sessions and private group sessions for small gatherings with friends and family.
